Stormy’s portrait almost didn’t happen. I had donated a custom pet portrait to a local auction benefiting families in crisis, and Stormy’s family tried, but did not win the portrait. The following week a close family friend of theirs reached out to me, and commissioned this painting. I was truly honored to paint Stormy as a gift to his loving human parents. The beige and brown matt really sets the painting off.
