I’ve always loved to draw. For as long as I can remember, I’ve always doodled. In high school I enjoyed doing portraits of stars from TV shows or magazines. I guess that made graphic design the logical choice, especially since I had no desire to do the “starving artist” thing. So fast forward 30 years, and I’m still a graphic artist. I hung out my own shingle, Dzineline Graphic Studio, on January 1, 2009, and have been quite successful.
I am also an illustrator, a painter, an all-of-the-above kind of artist. I like working in all sorts of mediums, but it seems my favorite is watercolor. It’s challenging — and I like a challenge.
I rarely do art for the sake of doing art. I like to create for someone else. That’s why I LOVE being commissioned to do paintings. Pets, people, plants, houses, etc. It doesn’t matter. I know that I will do my best to give you a finished product that you will cherish.
