When our beautiful niece was just a toddler, we were babysitting when her parents went out of town for their anniversary. We took Laura to the Racine Zoo to spend the afternoon walking around and looking at the animals. Uncle Jim and Laura were facinated by the giraffes. I snapped this picture – so adorable with her little elbow on his shoulder having this serious conversation about the beautiful majestic animals. This year Laura graduated from college. I gifted her this painting of a moment that we always cherished.
